Calling Timeouts Hurt My Game or Help

I'm the first to admit when I'm wrong. When i asked (No Name) for advice about my question. Their opinion was that pool is meant to be fun. I agree with that statement and i can also see that my drive to improve may not shared by others so i can see it becoming not so enjoyable. My only response is, When a player wants to play on a team with me or want me on their team then we should share common views about the game. I'm about improving, developing a common bond with my team and reaching the highest level our skills will allow. So practice is important and a desire to do your best. I absolutely know there are more important things in life (l have kids, been on dialysis and now have a transplant) and continued to play the game. So Great point, it's definitely is meant for enjoyment so its important to chose your team or players carefully.

I'm Jeff Captain (7), Our team consists of (7M),(6M)(6F),(4F),(4M),(3F)� I really would like to have another 5/4 & 3/2.� Must enjoy the game, want to learn and have fun.� Win/lost isn't as important as�doing your best and�not giving up.� I enjoy pool and constantly work hard to improve my game, so i would like someone with that type motivation and�willingness to learn.��Ability/Willingness to learn is more important to me than his/her ability to play.� Must be able to listen and be open to discussion because there's always several different ways to approach any shot.� TEAM is first so we win together or go down fighting together.� I can be a clown at times because no matter how hard, how intense i get, this is our hobby and meant to be enjoyable.� You can learn from anyone (I learn from 2's and 7's) so being able to listen and learn is more important that being a good shooter.� I'm a the type Captain who will call a time out and talk about a shot so good focus/learning to maintain focus is important because a timeout doesn't make a person miss a shot.� (I've heard that one before) Anyone interested can call me 478-320-9364. several times a year there are holiday's on Monday. Momorial day, July 4th this year, Labor day. several teams expressed displeasure in having to play on these days, eight teams total. Lets try to fix this .

As many of you may have figured out already, you cannot access your stats or schedules on this site any longer.� For now, you must go to https://members.poolplayers.com; click on "Claim My Account" and proceed from there.� You must put in your 8-digit member number, (look on your membership card or just put 066 in front of your 5 digit weekly play number) then follow the instructions.� If you need any help, call me in the office and I'll walk you through it.� We're sure you are as dissapointed as we are to lose these features but please bear with us.� Our webmasters will be changing our site soon to help us with this change.� We will do whatever we can to�give you�to the stats and features you have come to expect.� Thank You all Very Much!
